Hacia la derecha nos quedaría el segundo dormitorio, con una ventana mirando al mar.
El apartamento se encuentra en perfecto estado de conservación, realmente podrá entrar a vivir, o mejor dicho disfrutar desde el día que reciba las llaves. Los propietarios han reformado ambos baños (originalmente sólo había uno) y la cocina. Por último, el apartamento incluye plaza de aparcamiento justo enfrente de la entrada principal, dentro del residencial privado, lo cual tiene un enorme valor, ya que en los meses de verano es prácticamente imposible encontrar aparcamiento en primera línea. La vivienda cuenta también con aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo y ventanas correderas nuevas.

This bright southeast-facing apartment is located a stone's throw from the seashore, and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, terrace and balcony with sea views.
We access the apartment through the front terrace and when we pass the door we find 1 bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, we follow the corridor and we have the second bathroom, to later go to the living room with views and the open kitchen. To the right we would have the second bedroom, with a window looking out to the sea.
The apartment is in perfect condition, you can really enter to live, or rather enjoy it from the day you receive the keys. The owners have renovated both bathrooms (originally there was only one) and the kitchen. Finally, the apartment includes a parking space right in front of the main entrance, inside the private residential complex, which is of enormous value, since in the summer months it is practically impossible to find front-line parking. The house also has air conditioning, ceiling fans and new sliding windows.

Cet appartement lumineux orienté sud-est est situé à deux pas du bord de mer et se compose de 2 chambres, d'un salon, d'une cuisine ouverte, d'une terrasse et d'un balcon avec vue sur la mer.
Nous accédons à l'appartement par la terrasse avant et lorsque nous passons la porte, nous trouvons 1 chambre avec une armoire intégrée et une salle de bain en suite, nous suivons le couloir et nous avons la deuxième salle de bain, pour aller plus tard au salon avec vues et la cuisine ouverte. A droite, nous aurions la deuxième chambre, avec une fenêtre donnant sur la mer.
L'appartement est en parfait état, vous pouvez vraiment y entrer pour y vivre, ou plutôt en profiter dès la remise des clés. Les propriétaires ont rénové les deux salles de bains (à l'origine il n'y en avait qu'une) et la cuisine. Enfin, l'appartement comprend une place de parking juste devant l'entrée principale, à l'intérieur du complexe résidentiel privé, ce qui est d'une valeur énorme, car pendant les mois d'été, il est pratiquement impossible de trouver un parking de première ligne. La maison dispose également de la climatisation, de ventilateurs de plafond et de nouvelles fenêtres coulissantes.
